2. Monthly, yearly, and introductory offers

• Monthly Plus: no introductory trial; billing begins when purchased and renews monthly unless canceled.
• Yearly Plus on Mac: eligible new subscribers may receive a 14-day introductory trial, then the plan renews yearly unless canceled.
• Yearly Plus on Windows: a one-month introductory offer is planned, but Windows Plus is not currently available. The draft product and offer await Microsoft certification, approval, and publication.

Trial eligibility is determined by Apple or, after the Windows products become available, Microsoft. Eligibility can vary by account, country, prior subscription history, and offer availability. If the store’s purchase screen does not show a trial, the purchase will not include one.

4. Automatic renewal and cancellation

Plus subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the applicable store before the store’s renewal cutoff. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues until the end of the paid or trial period shown by your store account. Uninstalling Whimlumi does not cancel a subscription.

Mac

Manage the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. Apple controls billing, cancellation, and refund handling for Mac purchases.

Windows

Windows Plus is not available yet. After launch, manage or cancel it in the Microsoft account used for purchase. Switching between the separate monthly and yearly add-ons may require canceling the current plan and purchasing the other after the current entitlement ends; Whimlumi does not promise proration or an immediate transfer.

5. Restore and platform boundaries

Use Restore Purchases in Whimlumi while signed in to the same store account used to subscribe. Restoration depends on the store returning an active entitlement.

Apple and Microsoft subscriptions are separate. A Mac subscription does not unlock Plus on Windows, and a Windows subscription does not unlock Plus on Mac. Restoring a purchase unlocks eligible Plus content; it does not restore local focus history, garden progress, familiar state, or preferences from another computer.

6. Plan changes and availability

Available plans, prices, trials, and Plus content may change for future billing periods, subject to store rules and applicable notice requirements. Manage or cancel an active subscription as shown by your store. Where a direct plan change is unavailable, cancel the current plan and purchase the other only after following the store’s timing instructions. The free core and Plus descriptions on the current in-app purchase screen identify what is offered at that time.

7. Billing questions and refunds

Apple or Microsoft—not Whimlumi—processes the transaction and decides refund requests under its policies and applicable law. For an entitlement that is paid but not appearing in the app, first use Restore Purchases, then contact Whimlumi Support with the platform and error details. Do not send payment-card numbers, passwords, or store credentials.
