Does Whimlumi always follow the cursor?
No. Roam explores independently and only sometimes visits. Follow continuously trails the pointer. Stay, Sleep, and Hidden give you quieter options.
Is my cursor movement recorded?
No. Whimlumi uses the current pointer position only while an interaction needs it. Coordinates are not stored, profiled, or transmitted.
Do I need a Whimlumi account?
No separate Whimlumi account is required. The applicable app-store account handles acquisition and subscription billing.
What is included free?
Free includes Roam, Follow, Stay, Sleep, Hidden, Focus, Garden, privacy and accessibility controls, Moth and Wisp forms, lilac and mint glows, and Halo or no accessory.
Which plan has a free trial?
Only yearly Plus. Eligible new Mac subscribers can receive 14 days. Windows Plus and its planned one-month annual offer are not yet available; they await Microsoft certification, approval, and publication. Monthly Plus has no trial and starts billing when purchased.
Does one subscription cover Mac and Windows?
No. Mac and Windows subscriptions are purchased and managed separately by their respective stores.
What happens if I cancel?
Access continues through the period shown by your store. Your local familiar, garden, and preferences remain on this computer.
What about Linux?
Linux support remains in development, but its commercial release is deferred until the Mac and Windows launches are stable.
