When reporting a bug, the floor number, difficulty, platform (iPhone / iPad / Mac / Android / Windows), and app version (shown on the title screen) make it much faster to fix.
On your device, in local app storage — nine manual slots plus auto-save. They survive app updates. Deleting the app deletes them; there is no cloud copy, so use your OS device backup if you want one.
No. Every one of the 200 floors is generated with a guaranteed solvable route — every mandatory door has a reachable key, every stair can be reached. If you're stuck, the answer is usually a different fight order, an unspent key, a searchable wall, or a tool you've been saving. (If you believe you've found a genuinely impossible floor, please report it — the floor number and difficulty are enough for us to reproduce it exactly.)
